Tmobile- Cannot make outgoing calls and sms- Help!!!
Has anyone with Tmobile had any problems making outgoing calls and sending text messages? I am receiving calls and text messages but it's not allowing outgoing. Help!!!!!! 😢

I do occasionally get that problem. If I power-cycle the phone I'm ok again, but it's a pain. No field testing of this phone in the US can mean many problems like this.

When the slide is closed, doesn't it automatically lock the heyboard. have you tried unlocking the keys as described in the manual?
