camera close enough to the a700 and loud ringer?

i just upgraded my phone to the a700 and i still have 16 days to decide whether to keep it or not. i am really confused right now.
i like the a700 in terms of everything, except that i had problems lately hearing it ring in public places. i missed plenty of calls even if the ringer is set to 8. other than this problem, i like every bit of it.
i am wondering if the ringer in the 7400 is loud enough to be heard in a crowded, public place; like when you're walking outside with cars passing by, or in a bus stop, etc. also, i would like to know if the camera is close enough in quality to the a700. i like the clear pictures of the a700, but quality like that of the a680 is good enough for me; does the 7400 at least matches the a680...

Thanks for the reply! I switched to the 7400 and loving every bit of my decision. You are definitely right, ringers on this phone are awesome! I downloaded personal ACC's and they sounded great on this phone!
