Does Cingular allow pix messaging to be sent from carrier to carrier? Like can I send pics to a buddy with Verizon service?

are you also using verizon? or are you using something else? I've seen news (I think on phonescoop!) about cingular being able to send mms to verizon or something..not sure though

I am thinking of switching to Cingular but all the people I would send pix messages to have Verizon. Not sure if they will be able to receive pics from carrier to carrier.

I have cingular and was able to send pics to my father's verizon phone with no problem.
