Well, the month of May has come and gone, and no e815. In fact, every VZ "higher-up" that I've talked to says the vx8100 will most likely be first, and they haven't even hear much more than what we all know about the moto.

Looks like it, maybe even early july. I'm hoping VZ will do what they did with the vx8000, audiovox 8940, and samusng a890 and release the bundle of the three latest at the same time. I also hope that time is right around my ne2 😁 Oh well, it's worth the wait. I'm not going to jump carrier ships just for a cool phone loke all the disappointed razr people (no offense to the happy razr people)

I hope this E815 is going to be all its cracked up to be and not another V710. Im going to wait a month or so till after it comes out to see what people have to say about the phone and if they are having any major problems because lately phones just havent been reliable like they should be. Neither has Verizon...

I agree with ya there phonegeek that person has probably been waiting for this phone for forever and ends up it wont even be coming out for the phone carrier she is with! 🤣 Its funny because it even says on the info for the e815 Verizon Wireless Tentative lol nothing about any other company!

I never understood why Phonescoop had the release set in May. There was nothing officially released by either Motorola or Verizon saying it would be. There wasn't any indication that there would be either company either.
In terms of forum information and knowledge of people who post, Phonescoop probably has the most inaccuracies.
It has been known and everything but confirmed on other forums that this phone won't be released until late June. This has been posted with reasons why for about a month and a half. Go visit Hofo or Wireless Advisor and do some research. Regardless, there still isn't any set date.

Well, the V710 was set to be released in May last yr. It ended up being released on August 12th.

Yeah, but the v710 push backs were known to Verizon employees (that cared anyway). There has been NOTHING released to VZW employees regarding the e815's preported release dates. There hasn't been any push backs announced either.
I can't divulge any more info except a May release wouldn't make any sense b/c of new services that Verizon is going to offer come June/July.

Basically, the e815 and vx8100 releases are going to coincide with another service VZW is offering.
