Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood
No mp3/video buttons on the outside? :(
I am definately getting this phone, over the LG vx8100, but I only have one gripe.... there are no mp3/video play/pause/ff/rewind buttons on the outside of the phone. Even my old audiovox had one button for mp3 play and pause on the outside. It's not a huge deal but it stinks they didn't add this... does this mean that you can't play videos on the outside of the screen like the vx8100 will?

My guess would be it would be easy to hit your phone against something and start playing something and if you are somewhere like a funeral that wouldn't be a good thing. It happens trust me...thats why i only use flip phones now.

Well, I suppose you are right about that, maybe it has a feature where if you are already playing songs you can use a key to skip tracks with the phone closed, atleast that would be nice.
I called a verizon store and asked if they knew when the E815 was coming in, the guy said no. I really hope June 27th is the right date, it seems odd that a store wouldn't know if it was getting an expensive new phone model in 11 days don't you think?
