Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

I call the main call center for Verizon *611 and i tell them about my battery problem and they said they would send me out a phone but they don't even have refurbished V710's to send out anymore so they should have brand new V710's to send out Thursday and they will call me and let me know than if they have one in to send me. This is crazy never had to go through something like this before! Also has anyone else notice on Motorolas website they are getting rid of all their old bluetooth headsets and starting to get new ones i cant wait for the H500!
