Where to buy Without Plan

Any recommendations on where to buy the e815 (when it's released obviously) without a rate plan? Since there is limited cell phone availability in my area, I was looking for a website where I could get it, hopefully for the $299 with no tax & free shipping.

Im not sure but does this mean that the areas without vcast coverage wont be gettin this phone july 5th? or can u get it online?
