Yes, but if you read the post, it also says the guy bought it from a rep and made sure the rep didn't get in trouble for selling it which means it was probably sold ahead of time. 😉

Yes but if you read half of the Subject titles on the threads on here you will see something about Circuit City and them having the phone and so forth. Just look around a bit before you post it will be in Circuit City stores July 3rd and other Verizon stores July 5th.

I spoke with the Verizon rep within the Algonquin, IL Circuit City yesterday and he had no knowledge of the phone becoming available this week. I asked him to check within his inventory channel and again he said the phone was not available. After that I called Verizon directly and they also said that the phone has not been released yet.
