when you buy a phone in a circuit city store is like buying it at verizon.....the personnel that sells it inside the circuit city store is verizon's......is like a verizon store inside circuit city

e815 is a beautifull phone, dont care about lg as the reception on this one is much better (compard to an lg vx 8000) hope this helps !!!!
