What are the chances of bluetooth or Verizon digital conversations being intercepted or eavesdropped upon?

Honestly, I thought the same thing. And anyway, if you have BT, you need to pair it to something. HENCE THE NAME PAIR! A headset can ONLY be PAIRED to 1 thing at a time ...

There is always a opening for security issues but you next to never hear about them with cell phones the only company that seems to have problems with them is T-Mobile.

As you all may already know, CDMA technology is far more advanced than GSM. What CDMA stands for is code division multiple access. Your calls are broken down is a series of code and rearranged on the receiving end with no flaws. If the codes are intercepted, they make no sense at all, and the information is worthless. This process is similiar to encryption technology such as when you make on-line purchases through reliable retaiers. The bluetooth does not affect this process in any way. This is the reason why the majority of high government businesses use and trust Verizon Wireless.

That would probably be the reason that the Government is switching over to Verizon after T-Mobile got their accounts hacked into which included Government accounts and after the infamous Paris Hilton T-Mobile hack as well.
