Went in today to get my phone. Went through the whole process to order the damn thing. But since it had to be ordered the computer would not let me get my NE2 price. The rep tried to say her manager would credit me the 100 dollars after the phone arrived. Pfft. Anyway now i have to wait till the phone is in stock in order to get my NE2 credit.

played with the phone. It was nice. Good size. Not to big. Better sound quality than the lg 4400. People said i sounded clearer. Also as well the video quality wasnt to shabby. Picture quality was very nice though. The menu system i didnt particular like to well. but overall loved the phone can't wait to get my new one.

Raising hell is not necessary. Call them and explain what's going on and they'll provide you with options.

Yeah, that will work. 🙄

Calling in a bitching a customer service rep out is NOT going to get you any where. If anything would help the original poster at all it would be to call in and be super NICE. I know most people are willing to work and go the extra mile if the customer is nice to them rather than sitting there trying to get a word in while someone yells your ear off for something that rep had NO control over. NE2 is a corporate offer only so not every where can give that extra $100 off. On line it should do it for you if you were on a qualifying pricing plan of $34.99 or higher and originally signed a 2 year contract. If not ...

tried calling customer service they arent allowed to order the phone until the 5th. The guy in customer service i talked to basically told me i was a liar and that was no way possible and that whoever i spoke to was an indirect and that the verizon stores in circuit city has nothing to do with verizon that they purchase the phone through them and resale them. I was like no it was a verizon wireless rep i worked with. he was like i can't comment on your situation since i can't even order it till the 5th. I was like ok thats fine thank you very much i'll call back on the 5th. So apparently customer service is in the dark on everything

I had a run in with customer service today good thing it didn't get on the nasty side. I was over charged on my phone $90.00 they said if Circuit City wont credit me the $90.00 that they would at my next billing cycle. I guess what happened is when Circuit City released this phone today it was a promotional retail price of $299.99 that price is good until the phone is released to every store on July 5th well i was charged $389.99. They charged me $299.99 for the phone and $90.00 equipment pricing. So like others have said if you are nice to them they are nice to you sometimes if its a bad situation and you have to be a little firm with them thats alright just to blow it out of proportion because you will be the one getting the short end ...
