Questions:
1) Is Circuit City the only place (thus far) to purchase this phone or will others (Verizon stores, etc.) have them this week as well?
2) I have been reading that the price of this phone for a new two year contract is $99 (after rebates) - is that price going to stay the same or is it just an introductory offer that will eventually go higher (and, if so, how long with this current offer be in force?).
3) Perhaps experienced Verizon employees can help me with this: we are switching over to Verizon on a family plan new contract - my wife's Cingular contract with Cingular expires in three weeks. She would like to carry her old number from Cingular over to Verizon - is there anyway that we can do this now (this week) without ...

Yes the phone does launch this week....The price is $149.99 with a two year contract and it also has a $50.00 mail-in rebate....

Your wife can sign up for Verizon now with a temp. number then in three weeks when her cingular is up she can port her number over.
