I will probably make the jump to the 815 this weekend, I know they will not transfer my wallpaper or downloaded ringtones I got from GET IT NOW-- has anyone had any luck getting a credit(s) issued for past GET IT NOW transactions to go back and download them again-if they can even be found?

Try telling them that you're updating the phone because your current one is a piece of crap and that, because you're essentially abandoning all your previous downloads to get away from inferior equipment, you expect a full refund of the cost of the aforementioned downloads.
