I was on my way home from work today and made a call. Usually i use my right ear but to day i used my left ear. It sounds totally different then the right. There is a slight echo. When I switched ears it went away. I think it has to do with the Mic placement. I wonder if this was the echo that every one complained about. It is still weird how which ear you use makes a difference.

Anyone else notice this?

People on here have been stating this phone does echo. I would see if that continues if it does take the phone back says it echos and swap it out for a new one. I haven't had the problem what i noticed is plastic especially around the brushed silver at the top of the phone tends to chip i don't know why but it does.

motoman82,

Are you going to exchange the phone. The chipping would bother me to no end!

Yeah i want to exchange the phone its a deep chip i don't know how it got there at all i never had a phone chip on me I'm pretty careful with my phones and i always use a leather case. But Verizon says that really isn't within their 15 day worry free guarantee to exchange a phone over a "Minor" chip. I told them when they pay $389.99 plus tax for a phone and $49.97 plus tax for an accessory bundle than they can start talking "Minor" to me. I don't know if it was a piece of the paint or a actual piece of plastic that chipped no wires or anything are exposed so its not like a in danger thing its just that every time i look at the chip it looks like its getting bigger and bigger 😳
