I purchased the HS850 with my E815 and it's great. It's small, light and looks cooler than the 820 in my opinion. I got it in black, though at Radio Shack I saw a blue version too. It's bluetooth 1.2 instead of 1.1 like previous Motorola headsets which means you should be able to get better range and reception out of it, and I've been able to have my phone charging in one room and be two rooms away in my house and still use the headset (box claims 30 metre range in open air).
I like the boom design since then I flip the boom closed when it's in my pocket so standby time is unlimmited as it's always off, and as soon as I open it up it connects to the phone and picks up a call or is ready for a voice command.

I can recommend Motorola's latest bluetooth headset that will be out the second half of this month the H500 it supports bluetooth versions 1.1 and 1.2 It has a similar design to the the hs820 but its better. Here is the link i will let the rest speak for itself. http://www.motorola.com/motoinfo/product/deta ils/0,,101,00.html

Doesn't say anything abput supporting 'voice dialing'. Says: "Multi-function button to control 3-way calling, call start and end, hold, mute"
...
it has those features just like the HS820 did that was the short version of the features i will see if i can find the other link about the H500 even if you look it up on a search engine you will be able to find out more information about it.
...
Check under the "SUMMARY OF FEATURES" in that link and it will say Multi-Function Button to control 3-way calling, call start and end, hold, mute. It will list other features as well.

What is 3-way calling? Voice and digit dialing? Also, any clue when available? Said 2nd qtr. Now 3rd qtr.

Motorola said it will be the second half of this month. That information was given to me Thursday July 7th from Motorola. No price has been given yet. As far as the features such as 3 way calling thats where you can call 2 other people and talk to them at once so it would be you and 2 other people talking at once you can control that off the headset. Voice and digit dial are "Obey Moto" commands that you can use without a headset but are a lot more useful with a headset for example on the voice dial on the e815 you can say "Call Tom Home" and it will dial Tom at home. Digit dial is where you press the control button and say digit dial and say the number you want to call is 555-1212 you say "five five five one two one two" and it will ca...
