Is the Verizon website reliable for checking the status of orders?

I ordered the E815 on Tuesday, but Wed., Thurs. and today keep getting "We have received your order. Please check back tomorrow" when attempting to check the status. Anyone else having this problem?

Just call customer service and ask for the FedEx tracking number and go to the FedEx website enter it in and you should be able to see where your package is.

Thanks, I did call and they still had not processed the orders, even though it's been 3 days. It sounds like they're seriously backed up, the operator said they were just getting to orders from the 4th, but would go ahead and process mine now. They said my orders would likely come Tuesday or Wednesday of next week. I just checked back on the website using the confirmation # and now it says "your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 days for shipping." So others who have ordered online may experience a couple of days of delay on their E815 orders too.
