Will the TF in the 815 work on a 12-in-1 card reader?

I have ordered my 815 through Verizon's website and wondered if the TF card can be read in a 12-in-1 card reader rather than a TF specific reader?

The transflash card comes with an SD adapter which works in a multi-card reader. 😎
