downloading ringtones

I created a few ringtones last night and sent them to my phone, however I still have not received them yet. They are sent under [email protected]. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I sent some pics to my own email address from the phone and it took more than 12 hrs to arrive.

By the way, are there ANY ringtones on this phone besides the default? Where are they?

I have seen websites besides Verizon's that offer true ring tones. I am going to create my own tones. I have lots of files. Maybe I will start my own site.
