Verizon is the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my story. I had bought a V710 just about two months ago. Was having a few problems with it, (not really) so I took it into the Verizon store and told them it was doing this and doing that. (Which it wasn’t). The lady looked at it for ten minutes and couldn’t get it to duplicate my so called problems. After the completion of a short inspection she was sending me on my way. This is when I act a little upset. I told them I have been a Verizon customer for six years and was never treated like this; you guys are sending me out your store with a defective phone! (Still under a one year warranty) Then the lady admits she has know more V710 in stock and she might get some Tuesday. (Maybe) I start to get more upset…. and she buts in real quic...

So you went in complaining of a non-existant problem which the person at the counter couldn't duplicate (wonder why they couldn't)? You then proceeded to get upset when they sent you on your way without a replacement phone? Then you whined to the manager about poor treatment because they weren't replacing your perfectly good phone?

You wasted the time of 4 people in that store, just because you couldn't wait a few months for the E815 to come out and got the V710 instead. I wouldn't have blamed ANYONE in that store if they had flat-out said no to your request/complaint. If I was the manager, I would have taken a few mins. to try and find the problems you were describing, just to verify it, before wasting any time tracking a replacement...

That was pure wrong and low and if you are proud of that you are pretty low yourself. Its people like you that make Verizon crack down on people like us. The V710 is a good phone no problems with it not even yours. Verizon gets to be a busy place and people don't like to wait especially over liars. I hope to hell they check out your phone and you get busted to pieces. Because they do check out phones before they send them back to the manufacturer. I hope to god your phone turns out to be a lemon and you cant return it to teach you a lesson because then you will be stuck with nothing and have to pay out of your pocket for a brand new phone.

It's VERY difficult to convey something as a joke if you don't use some sort of expression to imply it was a joke. Nothing in your post gave any indication what you said transpired was actually some kind of joke...

my bad, I guess thats what I thought was funny, I figured everyone would know it couldn't be true..Verizon wont give you an upgraded E815 for free? duh..sorry bad joke

Actually Verizon has offered to upgrade people from the V710 to the E815 or give them a discount because of the problems with the V710. I was one that was offered it but i declined because Verizon was nice enough to help me with my V710 situation to get me by than i bought my E815 phone at retail when it came out on my own since Verizon went out of their way to help me with my V710 so i had a working cell phone. The system isn't meant to be used and abused because once Verizon realizes their system is being abused big time by people like you they crack down on people like us.

Great! It is so nice to know that there are still people out there who are roud to be lying, cheating, thieves.
