Received and Saved Ringtone????

I just downloaded and applied file as ringtone, where is it? When I received the file it plays and sounds good. I applied it as a ringtone and now I cannot find the @#%$& thing.
What am I doing wrong?

if you applied as a Rigntone is should be under all other ringtones
