I know most of you are very knowledgeable about cellular phones. But what I don't understand is the continue bitching about this not working and that not working. I understand phonescoop is a great place to talk and share information and inquire about others problems. But geeez; if your phone is not working for God sake take it back to verizon and make them give you one that works for you.I just want everyone to be as happy with this phone as I. I have no problems with my phone at all.

sounds like a verizon rep - no company can make everyone happy. Customers can complain if they don't like what they are getting - after all we're paying! I also agree that "they will bend over backwards" but it depends on the rep that work with you.

well if you're not happy with your rep, go somewhere else...circuit city, the mall, an independent one in your town, radio shack, or even a corporate store, though I've found it's far easier to deal with smaller places than a vzw corp place

People on here are seeing if they have the same problem with the phone or if its just the operator of the phone. If you go through the threads a lot of these problems are reoccurring problems. We are discussing how to resolve them or if there is even a resolution. Yes Verizon is a great company that offers a 15 day worry free guarantee period. But that don't mean you wont get some rep or some manager that wont give you a hard time for exchanging out your phone when they already had a few other people the same day exchange out the same phone. Nobody or Company is perfect.
