just called VZW
i just called verizon because i had placed an order for a e815 on saturday night to be shipped today morning and they said the order has been automatically cancelled because of the hold on the phone. i asked why there is a hold on the phone all the guy told me was that there was a problem with the vCast and it wasnt working for some reason and now i have to wait for the phone to be taken off of hold to get it ☹️ . any thoughts?

Well you will end up having to reorder the phone but i would call in and make sure the phone is available to reorder first. If you have a local Verizon Wireless store i would check with them and get it there that would be the easiest route. Because once Verizon cancels a order its gone off the system and you have to go through the process all over again. So i would try going through telesales or somewhere besides the Internet to make sure you get a tracking number to track your package.
