NO RECALL!!!!
According to VZW: There was a software problem with the E815 for the Vcast capabilities. The software will be out by tomorrow to all stores. So if yours is on hold, it's so they can update the software, other than that, nothing is wrong!

I too, got the same info from a vxw rep. I got my E815 last Tuesday and LOVE it so far. I was a little concerned and called just to check. I don't even have VCAST service in my area right now, so since that is all it is, no big deal to me anyway.
