Anyone getting second thoughts????

I really love my phones, as mentioned earlier in other posts. However, I am very concerned about the earpiece/audio quality. I am finding myself turning the volume level past 5 to try to understand what some callers are trying to say. I feel like I am pushing the earpiece hard against my ear just to try and comprehend what is being said. Some callers come in pretty clear though. I am confused. Is this normal? I am on my 3rd e815 for the same problem with audio, but they all seem to perform the same. Other callers never say "what" to me, but I am finding myself saying "what" more than the last phone I owned, which happened to be the V265-if you can believe it! I just don't see another phone that I would like. I really don't want to be forced into swithching to the 8100, but that may be my only option at this point. I have had my phone for 3 days. Also, the battery only lasts about 1 day with med. use. Any suggestions, comments?????? 😢

Yes, they pulled it from the website, but put it right back. What they're not telling you is that this phone is defective.I'm from NJ, I got this phone last week and I have already gone through two units. I tell you what's wrong with it!! My time and date function were always getting distorted on the 1st unit, on this 2nd unit the V-CAST as well as other features were nowhere to be found. when I called the Verizon as well as Motorola customer service, they were very unhelpful, no idea of what was going on. My friend works at a local Verizon store and he told me people were complaining and returning this unit by the masses. According to an E-mail he received from Verizon, Motorola forgot to install most of this phone unique features to 1/3 o...

Thanks for the reply, but it doesn't really pertain to my audio problem. The V-Cast issue was the reason for the phone being pulled from Verizon's site. 😕

Audio problem sounds weird, I'm actually quite happy with the volume and quality level of the speaker, while with my V60 I'd always have to turn it up, on this phone I find myself turning it down a lot. Maybe something with your unit, try trading it in before you're 15 days is up 😉

I'm on my 3rd. I liked my V60S better as far as audio. I'm either the unluckiest guy on this forum, or you're one of the lucky ones.
