I'm in NJ. It was pulled from the website for a day, probably over the missing v-cast software on some phones, but is certainly back there now.

it is on the site again and in stores. There was a software issue discovered and that it why it was pulled. Verizon was deciding if they were going to pull the stack and upload the correct software then re-release it, but they decided to just leave the inventory in the stores and if the customer purchasing it needed the V-Cast software, it would be the customers responsibility to get it uploaded at a service center. Just a quick question about the missing EVDO software: Is there a way to check the phone to see if it has the correct software installed when you buy it? If I buy an E815 at a Circuit City or some other store, would the salespeople know whether the phone has the correct software? Or only tech people at a Verizon store can check this?

There is a VCAST icon in the GET IT NOW menu. If it isn't there ... you are missing the software.
