exchange or update
Should i have my phone updated with new software for vcast or have them exchange it? Anything else wrong with the phones with no vcast software? or is it just that issue?

There are other "glitches" with phone but if you don't have any other problems a software update should work. If you want to know the other "glitches" they are listed in this forum.

i have seen the other "glitches" in this forum but i didnt know if the new software would fix the "glitches" or if i should get a new phone with the right software instead of having verizon install the vcast software
