PROBLEM SENDING PIX!!!!!!!

I have had this phone for 2 days, and it will NOT let me send ANY pix messages. It starts to send it, and when it gets between 72% and 92% it says "Unable to Send."

Can someone please help me with this issue???

Sending a pix message is pretty straight forward ... if it is failing it is prolly the phone or more likely a network issue/account setup issue.

have you called customer service?

On your advice, I called customer care. It was something that the CSR did wrong when they added V-Cast to my account. They accidentally removed the PIX messaging capability from my account.

I had the same problem, I upgraded from a txt only phone, so I had to call verizon to get me the txt/pix plan to be able to send pix messages.
