I just spotted the new 1GB TF Card Mini SDs on amazon.com. They're $90 but i do not know if they will work with the e815. Hope this is helpful anyway, here's the link:

Confirmation: This card supposedly works with all mobile phones with a TF card slot. Let me know if you find otherwise.

These are mini-SD not TF. TF will become micro-SD, which is half the size of mini-SD.

yep, and the newly renamed micro-SD cards (transflash) will be in 512 and 1 gig soon, like they say 512mb in August, and then 1 gig sometime after that...in the mean time 256mb is as large as those get.

If you want a 1 GB Transflash, now microSD card, read this. It won't be out till the end of this year. Here's my proof.
