Anyone experiecne dropped calls? is this a servise provider thing or a phone thiong if it happens?

My first E815 had great reception and did not drop calls, but the voice recognition was HORRIBLE, with a nearly 90% incorrect recognition rate.
My second phone had PERFECT voice recognition, but Bluetooth echoed back on headset or car kit and it dropped a bunch of calls in lots of different areas.
My third phone that I got today is going back tomorrow morning because the OK button has to be stepped on by Andre the Giant to get it to respond.
I hope the 4th is good one.
