Motorola E815 / E816 Hollywood

When talking on my E815 and I receive another incoming call from someone who is saved in my contacts with a picture, their picture doesn't show up in the Call Waiting Caller ID. Instead, I get a blank white space where the pic should be under their name along with a symbol of a red circle with a line going through it. After this happens, when I view any pics in my contact list, they all show red X's instead of the pictures. Once I close flip, and re-open the phone and go back into my contact list, the pics then show again with the names and numbers. This only happens when I am getting a incoming call while on the phone.
