Has Anyone Ever Thought Of This??

Why would Motorola ever make a "perfect phone without problems"? Then no-one would ever go out and upgrade their existing phone right? Makes sense to me. I think i'll stick with my existing V710 with my extended battery and enjoy the 5 hours of talk time I get. Gee, why would Moto make a new type of battery for the E815? 😉

On the contrasting side of that argument, why would a company knowingly make a piece of crap that will piss off so many people that they will NEVER buy another Motorola product, and they will bad-mouth Motorola to everyone they meet?

They stand to lose far more by making a crappy phone than they do by making a great one. Even if the phone is "perfect" by today's standards, people will replace it in a few years anyway because the newer phone will be even better, have more toys built in, and they will be higher quality than even the "perfect" phone of several years ago.

That's why!

Before you go shooting off your mouth, maybe you should take a deep breath and step back a few years and remember the T720 that was a piece of *&*^ and that made me decide never to buy another Motorola product again. Which is true to this day. The only reason I took the V710 was because I got it free with a free extended life battery but I would have never bought it and will never buy another motorola product again. So thats WHY!

Before you shoot YOUR mouth off about Moto phones being crap, it may be in how you use them and care for them.

I had two T720 phones and they worked just fine with no problems at all. They connected to the computer very well and synchronized all the data without a hitch, ringtones worked just fin...

But you did replace your product, which was my point. You are not still using an ancient product.
