how do i get the phone to make that beeping sound when decreasing the ring volume?
you guys with the motorola e815 know that when you want to change the volume of the ring for the phone, you open the phone and then press the volume buttons on the left side of the phone up or down depending on if you want the ring louder or quieter. when you press the button to increase the volume, it makes that beeping sound, but when you press the button to decrease the volume, it doesn't make any sound at all. i'd like it to beep when i press the button to decrease the volume too, but i've looked through the instruction book and the phone's menus and i can't find anywhere that i can change something so that it does it. so my questions are these 2 things:

i wanted the beep for uniformity. also i was wondering if my phone wasn't working right. so is there a place to turn on and off the beeping?

Sorry, no the beep can not be turned off when pushing the volume key up. But there is a work-around to setting the volume level silently if you really need to do that but it is hardly worth the trouble. 😡
It is something that we may have to just live with unless there is an modification. ðŸ¤
