Voice memos as ring tones
Can you set voice memos that you record as ringtones? I know that you can't with th vx-8100.

I don't think so. I've tried a number of different methods, and it never gives me the ringtone option. I think it's the wrong file type. If you want that sort of customized ringtone, though, you should get a program like AcidPro from Sonic Foundry. It's pretty easy to find a "free" copy on the web, and with that and a cheap microphone, you can do all kinds of stuff from recording to audio editing. And it's really easy to use. Just a thought.
