External Display Change Wallpaper?

Has anyone figured out how to change the background wallpaper on the external display.

When I change the wallpaper it only effects the internal display...

Any ideas..

Mine is showing the default beach scene.....on the external display...

...

mine works when you change the internal the external also changes.. try rebooting

...

or maybe try applying a skin which changes everything to see if you can jolt the phone into realizing it should update the outside screen. But when in doubt, always try rebooting the phone first cuz a lot of the time it helps
