I just got the E815 and so far I really like it. I transferred the contact list from my computer and it worked but they are listed in alphabetical order based on the first name instead of the last. I cannot figure out how to change this on any of the menus on the phone. Can anyone help with this?

What did you use to sync the contacts? Moto Phone Tools?
You might need to wipe out the contacts you have on the phone and go to Mobile Phone, Options ... on the General Tab, change "Specify arrangement for 'Full Name'" then re-sync.
I don't thing changing the setting, then re-syncing alone will fix the name order.

I used the isync program on my macintosh and synced it with the address book on my computer. I used the bluetooth setup and it worked without installing the software from the mobile phone tools and without needing a usb cable. Where would I find the mobile phone, options, general tab, etc. that you recommended? Is that part of the mobile phone tools software?
