Does the red "End call" key light up?
I just got E815 yesterday and noticed only the red "End call/Power" key does not light up. Is this designed this way or broken?

It does actually light up on my phone but is so dark it may as well not be lit at all âšī¸

đ I called Verizon today about the same question. They said to return the phone and get a new one because the "End" light is supposed to work just like all the others. I will be driving over to the Verizon store tomorrow afternoon. đ

I looked at 7 E815's today and none of the end call keys light up.
Also I thought my hinge was bad as it has side to side play in the hinge. These other 7 I looked at were much worse.

Before you take it back, make sure you look at the "End" key in the dark (when you would need it to light up! đ ). I believe you will see that it actually does light up. Really.....
It is just harder to see in lighter environments, particularly in comparison to the blue (a color spectrum phenomena).

Yeah, when you're in a room with some light, but not enough that the keys don't light up, you can't really see the red-end key lighting up cuz it's red and the blue's brighter...but if you go into a closet or somewhere dark mine glows nicely

Well I'll be damned.....sorry China, I take it back albeit not very bright.
I just shut off the light and it does faintly glow, but in the store even with your hands cupped around the phone you can't tell it's lit up.

I think all the phones are like that. Mine faintly glows red, you can only see it in the dark. I am not gonna return a phone for a end button fainlty lighting up.

I decided not to return my phone. I guess the red key + the blue backlight would get purple, so they might have avoided lighting the key up with the strong blue light.

Hey Folks... just picked up my 815 this evening. My end call button lights up as well. Though it's pretty bright to me. About as bright as the green answer button. I guess it's just the red color..

Does your earpiece volume sound kind of distorted above volume 4? Just curious if maybe you have a batch that isn't affected.
