Different ringers for different people
Hey new here. I have read a ton of the posts and am planning on getting the phone tomorrow because of all the info here. I was just curious if you could have different mp3 ringers for different callers. I think you guys get what I'm asking.
Also, how is the battery life? The guy at Verizon said to get the extended life battery, which I probably will do, but i wanted to hear what you guys have to say.

I have just uploaded MP3's on my TF card and assigned different ones to each contact. Its great! 😁
The battery life on this phone is greattttttt...I wouldn't recommend the extended battery if you use it under normal conditions. I make calls, play games snap pictures, VCast etc and the thing lasts forever. The extended battery im sure would be great but the rep might be just telling you that to get commision or something. I dont know. I think the standard battery is fine.

at the end of the day mine is always finished ☹️ im lucky i use it a lot at night and there is a charger by me..

really? mine usually lasts at most 2 full days, of course it doesn't ring much during the day..lol

now how in the world did you assign mp3 ringtones from your transflash to contacts on your phone? did you use the seemhack?

Ok, so after having to get a second phone, because the first one was defective, and getting a software update on my phone for the vcast feature, it works well now. I have no issues with my calls (at least not yet)...but yes the battery life is not that long actually and no I don't have the extended battery. Hope that helps
