Verizon just made me very very happy
The past week I spoke with two vzw reps on the phone trying to get any sort of discount on the e815. My efforts were to no avail, however tonight, I got a good one! I told him my sob story of my current crap phone (v265) and how I have been with Verizon for 3 years and asked if there was any discount. He found one! He gave me the customer loyalty discount. Ask for it, you might get it. I do not know the qualifications, but it sounded as if it was according to the reps mood. It gave me $50 off the e815.

I think it has to do with what rep you get and what mood there in... Verizon has good customer service and if you ask nicely most of the time they will offer something.

I think I am about to get another phone for the 2yr price because their system is messed up...on the phone now....fingers crossed

false alarm...stuck with the full price...it's ok though, I'm turning it around to make a $50 profit on eBay!
