This is for anyone who has ordered their phone from the verizonwireless.com online store and has recently received their phone. Did the phone you receive have any problems? Should I order my phone online because there are not any retailers selling this phone in my area because there is a potential bug problem and they have to hold it for 40 days. Thanks.

I ordered mine online, at it cost a lot less than the retail price they listed it at in the store!
...mine had some medium problems, but I tried two different phones in the store and they had exactly the same problems. :-) So go ahead and order online!

I got my from the online store on July 5th and I've never had and major problems. The phone has froze 2 or 3 times but nothing else. It's very solid and doesn't creak. I have no complaints at all and it had Vcast already loaded on so I'm happy with it totally. I was afraid with losing analog I would possibly lose service in certain areas but it was the opposite, it works everywhere I've went and I haven't dropped one call yet. I guess I got one from a good batch.
