quick questions about E815 on amazon...
I'm thinking about ordering the E815 from amazon.com (I only want 1 year contract), and I have several questions. Thanks in advance for your help.
1) If I order the phone from amazon and it turns out to be a defective phone, can I exchange it at a Verizon store?
2) If I cannot, do Verizon stores at least do some quick fix for the phone (e.g., install the Vcast software in case the phone doesn't have it)?

I think you should be able to as Verizon Wireless carries the phone, your under contract and Amazon would be a indirect retailer.

From what I unserstand (was told by my CC VZW rep), it does not matter where you buy the phone. Any VZW store can help you 🙂
