Air Plane Mode

I looked in the owners manual and I didn't see that it mentioned this feature. I am I right in saying that the E815 doesn't have Air-Plane Mode? Because it would be great to have that feature for flights. Please someone tell me that I am wrong....

The FAA says all cell phones are to be OFF during the flight. So YES, the 815 does have an "Airplane Mode"!! 😁

Not so some cell phones do have airplane mode that deactivates the wireless feature but allows game acess to phone book etc. and the airlines allow use of phone when in airplane mode

Very true doggie...my prevoius phone had that feature...it was nice to be able to do that..I guess I am not going to be able to use my phone as a mp3 on the plane after all....bummer... 😕

I agree my last phone had the feature as well but not the v710 or the e815

anyone know if there is a setting deeper in the menu's to some how disable the wireless? It would be cool to use this as my mp3 player on my flight next month!
