Alarm Problem
I am having problems with the alarm on the phone. Once the alarm is set, if I receive a text message and don't read the text message, the alarm will not go off. The alarm will not turn on until I check the text message. I've contacted both Motorola and Verizon and neither seem to know what to do. Does anyone know what to do?

It's a bug, I don't think there's anything you can do other than turn off text messages on your account (obviously not a good solution).

It may be a better solution in August if Verizon jacks up the inbound text price to $0.10 each as I have heard they will do.

The v710 didn't have a problem with recieving text messages while an alarm was set.
I have not bought the phone yet and thus have not experienced it first hang but it seems like a huge issue.
