phone tools question
i tried updating my phone tools from 3.11 but everytime i hit update it takes me to a webpage to update to deluxe...is my version a trial and is that why i need to up grade or am i doing somehting wrong...please help

Sounds like you may have a hacked version of 3.11 which does not have the "live update" on it, only the "update".
On the site it takes you to, look under Support or Downloads. There are a couple of programs there you can download that add the "live update" and a live update "checker" that will show if the live update is working on your software.
Give that a try. It may work, but if it doesn't, you may need to get a clean copy of 3.11.

Try another one. If you get one and unzip it, it should be only one .exe file. If it unzips to many files, then it most likely will not have the live update.
