For my E815 I have used MPT to add create new entries to upload to my phone. I noticed though that there are two tabs for entering information..."business" and "home". "Home" only seems to offer two phone number categories...neither of them titled(I can't check for sure, don't have MPT here at work), while "business" has a whole bunch of phone number categories. I have been entering everyone as a "business" contact since many of my entries have multiple numbers. When I choose some of the phone number categories (pretty much any besides the first 3 options)they don't show up. Yes I can get more than 1 phone number to show up per name, but only if I select any of the first 3 or 4 phone number categories names. All the others listed don't...

I use MPT 3.25b to sync to Outlook 2003, via USB on my desktop or BT on my laptop.

I find it much easier to create categories in Outlook and push them to the phone. Using MPT to do categories is limited; Outlook is much better.

I just added categories (Clients, Family, ABC Company, etc) in Outlook's master category list and pushed them to the phone.

When you create all these categories in Outlook, what do they get saved as on the phone? The phone "categories" options looks limited compared to Outlook. Also is there any information missing when you do transfer from Phone to Outlook or vice versa? Also do you have to set up "mapping" in MPT 3.25b? Could you contact me at...
