Please help getting frustrated
How do I access the trans flash card. I put a couple of mp3 songs on it to see how to work the mp3 player cannot find anything to access it. Also is it common when you hit the keys that the backlights don't come on?? and I have changed the banner on main screen and keeps going back to verizon wireless how do I stop that. Please help

With the v710 when you are in media gallery/sounds you press the middle button and scrol down to "switch storage device"

As far as the MP3 thing you're trying to figure out, I'm not totally sure because I don't have any MP3's on my phone, but as far as accessing the transflash card, I can help you with that if that's what you need.
-- Get into the picture gallery on your phone, and hit the middle button (menu button). Then scroll down to "switch storage device". That should at least help you access it...whether you can play the MP3's is another story.
-- It IS commom for the backlights to not come on even if you hit buttons. Apparently Motorola has some sort of sensor in there so that they are only really supposed to come on when it's need (in a dark setting). Take your phone in a dark room and you'll see what I mean. Somehow it senses that it's...

It's called "Media Gallery" and it is on the main menu!! 😕
The manual also covers how to use it too. 😉

Alright you are worthless and lazy. Read the manual. The manual is quite fun actually. You take the time to write on this forum you can take the time to read the manual or do some research on this forum. Approx. 17 ppl have asked that same question. I am sure if you checked around you can find the answer. The answer to the headset question is if it is a bluetooh headset it will not work.
