My Experience With Verizon

I know a lot of people have been having problems with Verizon's customer service and with their phone. A lot of people have been complaining about their services, but I gotta tell you, my experience resigning my contract with them was nothing but good.

I bought an E815 a little over a week ago. When I first got it, i sent a few ringtones to my phone as picture messages on funformobile.com. Well, I didn't notice at first because of my dark background, but my phone had about half a dozen dead pixels on the screen. 🙂 I'm very happy to say I've had only GREAT experience with the customer service people at the *611 service. I've called them several times with questions or issues and they have always been great. One of the main reasons I have been a Verizon customer for so many years.

And the E815 has been perfect since I picked mine up on July 5.

Much has been talked about Verizon customer service (some positive, and some negative). I think it pretty much depends on whom you talk to. I called their 1-800 number last week to ask a question about number porting, and the guy I talked to simply hung up as soon as I mentioned that I did not yet have the phone 👿

I called right back and a woman answered my call. I told her what just happened. She apologized and answer all the questions I had 🙂

As a general statement, I would say T-Mobile customer service is the best. I wouldn't leave them for Verizon if I had some T-mobile signal in my room 😢 . As for Verizon, you'd need to hope that you get to a nice person 😉
