More power to you! 🤣

If you don't like it, then move to the 8100 forum and let us enjoy the phone we have.

The E815 is a good phone. Just look at the cnet.com review. Motorola E815=7.4, LG Vx-8100=7.0. Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but I would think reviews on this site and cnet says it all.

i've been reading and occassionally posting on both the 8100 and 815 threads in under to figure out which is best for me.

any newbies, please be advised that for all the great info in these forums, you probably will still not be sure or be even more indecisive about choosing a phone.

i have now had both funs and honestly they are both fantastic. i won't bash either of them because i think they are both solid phones.

the 8100,
great looking, solid phone with two amazing displays. not just the resolution but the layout is fantastic. example is the ability to see your call log # and time stamp at the same time, and being able to read txt msgs on the external display. i did dig this phone and had i hard time returning it. I think you did an outstanding and unbiased review here. I tried and hope I did as well with mine. I won't discredit (too much I hope) either phone as they both have good & bad qualities. But in the end, I needed a phone that did what it is supposed to when I needed it to. That is why I chose the 815, I had 2 8100's and did not see the need to go for 3 or more tries. I will wait until the Moto dies or until my next ne2 and try again. I know this, I will never be a beta tester again which is what we all were. I will wait until a phone has been out for a solid 6 plus months before I purchase. I never buy 1st year generation cars, now I know better about phones too.

I owned the 8100 for 18 days and changed it for the E815-- The 815 is not as flimsy as people think. I noticed today that the bluetooth function had a lot less static and that the 815 responds faster and more accurately then the 8100 ever did with voice command functions. The other thing I DID not like with the 8100 were the stupid flashing lights on the outside of the phone when it rang (its very blinding when the phone is on your dashboard and it lights up at night).

I've had the 815 for two full days and have not had a single issue with it- no resets, no lost calls, no volume issues etc that I had with the 8100.

I'm really happy the 815 and wish I had picked it up sooner.

Ok, I checked out the 815 as a replacement for my 710 which was a nightmare. I chose the 8100 and am happy. If someone else chose the 815 and they were happy, I am glad. It is a personal preference and I have no intention of starting a "My phone is better than your phone" thread.

However, If you are going to post in a public forum, please go to dictionay.com and look up the definition of "Punctuation". I gave myself a headache reading that post.
