I sent an email to Kent German, Senior Associate Editor at CNET.com. Here is the original email and response. Also, original review and revision regarding phone book.

Dear Mr. German,
I feel honored that you responded so quickly to the error in your review of the LG VX-8100 having analog.
I also sent you another email in regards to the Motorola E815. You wrote, " a 1,000-entry contact book, although your contacts' various phone numbers and e-mail addresses appear as separate entries, which is an annoying quirk". This statement is somewhat misleading to interested consumers, and gives the impression that their is no option for primary listings.
