Bluetooth Problems

I am having a hard time getting my bluetooth headset paired. My phone doesn't recognize it. Can someone help a newbie out? Thanks.

Are you holding the button on your headset down for at least 3 seconds and putting it into "pairing mode" first? Check the instructions with your headset and it will explain this further.

I had trouble too, I called the cust service and they walked me thru it. It took 2 tries and then we got it.
