2.5mm adapter question

Does the e815 phone need a specific model adapter to work? I purchased a
Philmore stereo adapter 2.5mm plug/3.5mm jack to listen to mp3s but when I plug my earphones in, I only hear sound coming out of one earphone. Sorry if this is a repost; I searched but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Either purchase the Motorola HS120 stereo headset, or Verizon's VCast Accessor Pack for the Motorola e815 which brings a car charger, a leather case, and a Jabra stereo headset. I'm not sure if they sell that Jabra headset by itself. The Motorola should cost about $20 and the accessory pack should cost about $50.

I have both and I prefer the Jabra. It looks a little better when you wear them, and the sound seems to be slitely better. Just my preference. You could ask around.

I bought the Jabra stereo headset alone, from Verizon, for $29.99 and it works awesome!
